Over the past decade, José Pablo has worked side-by-side with high-performance leadership teams and founders on cross-border corporate strategy, financial advisory, venture capital, venture building, and private equity transactions.
Between 2017 and 2021, he served as Venture Building Lead at Tibidabo Ventures, directing deal analysis and growth strategy execution across a portfolio of over ten companies. He also collaborated with the IDB and Uruguay XXI on economic development initiatives across Latin America. In 2022, he co-designed and coordinated an incubation program tailored for the Max Planck Society. Since 2023, he has founded and led Altiplano Ventures.
